1. Head northwest on S Livermore Ave toward 1st St 0.7 mi
2. Turn left at Portola Ave 0.8 mi
3. Merge onto I-580 W via the ramp to Oakland 15.0 mi
4. Take exit 37 toward Castro Valley 0.3 mi
5. Turn left at E Castro Valley Blvd 0.1 mi
6. Take the 2nd right onto Crow Canyon Rd 0.5 mi
7. Slight right to stay on Crow Canyon Rd 0.1 mi

Need your help driving the kids there.

We will leave LHS at 9 AM.  
The Girls Varsity race is at 11:25, 
then the Boys Varsity at 12 noon.  
Finally, the Girls Junior Varsity race is at 12:30, 
followed by the Boys Junior Varsity at 1:00.

course monitoring volunteers check in at 3:45 PM ..

I have to change the practice schedule next week 
because of some obligations I have coming up.
  
    We will practice at Kellman on Wed, 4:30 PM (not at LHS track).  
Then Thursday we will run on the LHS track at 7:30 PM (not at Robertson).  
Finally, Friday you will have to run on your own.  
I will tell you what to do on Thursday.

    Again, as I mentioned today, you should try and run 
at Robertson on either Sunday or Monday.  
I am enclosing a course map to help you figure out the course lay-out. 
Remember that the 1st and 3rd miles are over the identical path, 
just in opposite directions.

1. Head south on N Livermore Ave toward Cayetano Ct - 1.1 mi
2. Merge onto I-580 W via the ramp to Oakland - 33.5 mi
3. Take exit 19A on the left to merge onto I-80 W  Partial toll road -  
8.2 mi
4. Take exit 1B to merge onto US-101 N - 0.7 mi
5. Take exit 434B toward Octavia Blvd/Fell St - 0.4 mi
6. Merge onto Octavia St - 0.3 mi
7. Turn left at Fell St - 1.6 mi
8. Slight right to stay on Fell St - 476 ft
9. Take the 1st right onto Stanyan St - 0.2 mi
10. Take the 1st left onto Fulton St - 2.3 mi
11. Turn left at 36th Ave - 0.2 mi
12. Take the 1st right onto John F Kennedy Dr - 331 ft

Here are two sets of directions to the Ed Sias Invitational:

FROM SOUTH CITIES: Take Hwy 680 North & get off at Concord-Burnett Ave. Exit. 
Turn left on Diamond Blvd. Turn left on Concord Ave. 
Turn right on Contra Costa Blvd. Turn left on Center Ave. 
Follow Center Ave. 1 mile. Park will appear on left.
